The Company was incorporated on 10th day of May, 1974 under the provision of Companies Act 1956 as a Public Limited Company for the objects set out in the memorandum of Association of the Company. The Company obtained the Certificate for Commencement of Business on 10th day of May, 1974 from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Calcutta.

The Company has been established with the objects of carrying on business as Exporters, Importers, Traders Distributers, Producers and investors in India. Further looking to the vast potentiality of industrial development in the country where exists very good opportunity for making good and productive investments in the country. Therefore, the Directors are of the opinion that the Company would able to pay reasonable dividend on the Capital of the Company within a reasonable time barring unforeseen circumstances.
